COOPERATION PROCESS REGARDING THE WAQF INSTITUTION WITH UZBEKISTAN EVALUATED
Our Director General, Mr. Sinan Aksu, hosted Mr. Zayniddin Eshonkulov, Deputy Chairman of the Muslim Board of Uzbekistan and Chairman of the Public Waqf Fund, along with his accompanying delegation.
Within the scope of the visit:
- The current state and future vision of the waqf institution in Uzbekistan, which is undergoing a process of restructuring, were discussed;
- Comprehensive information was provided on the waqf system in Türkiye and on the activities carried out by our Directorate General both domestically and internationally;
- Views were exchanged on potential areas of cooperation to be implemented in the upcoming period.
