YOUNG PARTICIPANTS FROM THE TRNC DISCOVERED BURSA’S WAQF HERITAGE
In the seventh edition of our “Dream, Discover, Dedicate” Youth Project, we brought together 26 students from the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) with the traces of our waqf culture in Bursa.
Within the scope of the program, visits were made to the Grand Mosque (Ulu Cami), the Green Mosque (Yeşil Cami), and the Sultan Murad I Hüdavendigar Complex, while the historical heritage of the city was explored at the Koza Han and the Grand Bazaar (Kapalıçarşı).
The students also witnessed the city’s deep-rooted history at the Panorama 1326 Bursa Conquest Museum.
